Primosten and Biograd won European Top Tourism Awards

The Golden Flower of Europe, Europe’s top tourism award, was won this year (among a strong field of 5,600 towns) by the small town of Primošten, located near Šibenik.
The silver award also went to Croatia as the second place winner was declared the town of Biograd , located near Zadar.

Croatia - two new routes - motorway sections opened for traffic

Last week, two new routes / motorway sections opened for traffic in Croatia:
The first one is route Gaženica - hub Zadar 2 that opened for traffic by Croatian Minister Božidar Kalmeta. He opened the new four-line route Gaženica – hub Zadar 2,  positioned at the motorway Zagreb – Šestanovac, 17.5 km long.

Pelješac Bridge Construction Works Started

According to Croatian press, the construction works on a Peljesac Bridge to link the southern peninsula of Pelješac with mainland Croatia started last week.
