According to a report from this morning’s Rijecki Novi List newspapers, there is a serious possibility that ferry Marko Polo, which is still stranded in Kornati Archipelago, will head for breaker’s yard.

According to Croatian Ministry of Sea, Transport and Infrastructure, the ferry line from Rab Island (Lopar) to Krk Island (Valbiska) will be introduced again from 15th of February onwards.
During forthcomming tourist season, Jadrolinija, the Croatian ferry company, will boost its ferry lines with introduction of three new vessels.
The first ferry will sail between Vabiska on the Island of Krk and Merag on the Island of Cres, transporting up to 170 vehicles.
