The latest figures of foreign cruise ships visits in Croatian Adriatic

According to Central Bureau of Statistics of Croatia, in the first eight months of 2007, 390 foreign cruise ships visited the Croatian Adriatic, up 4.6% from the same period last year.

New Marina at Ugljan Island in Zadar Archipelago

A new nautical marina was opened in the Zadar archipelago on the island of Ugljan which is the largest marina in the archipelago with places for about 225 vessels.

Croatia: Introduction of ferry line from Zadar to Istria

Another good news is comming from Ministry of Sea, Tourism, Transport and Development of Croatia.
They just announced their proposal submittion to Croatian Government for introduction of new ferry line Pula-Mali Lošinj-Zadar and possible connections to islands Ilovik and Unija which will be substitute for ex-ferry line Zadar-Silba-Mali Lošinj-Unije-Pula-(Koper ili Venezia) that was run by ferry ” Marina” of Losinjska Plovidba.

Croatian Tourism Minister at Rafting Regatta on Zrmanja River, Croatia

According to Hina, the Croatian News Agency,  last weekend Rafting Regatta was held at Zrmanja river near Zadar, Croatia . The intention of this, already traditional rafting regatta weekend, was to further promote rafting tourism at Zrmanja and Obrovac region.
