An article about holidaying on Hvar Island is winner of this year’s The Guardian’s Readers’ writing competition: summer holidays.

Subtitled as “Dana Smith thought she had a cove on the island of Hvar, Croatia, to herself – until a naked woman emerged from a cave“, the article was published in travel supplement of last week’s Guardian.
