No Trace of Croatia in “The summer 100″ of Sunday Times Travel Magazine

I was trying quite hard to find any hint of Croatia as a recommended destination for next summer in “The summer 100” article of today’s Sunday Times Travel Magazine.

To my unpleasant surprise , the only referance to Croatia is a small mention about Dubrovnik Airport as part of advice about where to fly to reach Montenegro’s “Hotel Splendid” (the hotel that provided the setting for Daniel Craig’s poker antics in the latest James Bond film “Casino Royale”).

This is very dissapointing, especially as the introduction to the article claims:

Phew! We’ve ransacked the brochures, scoured the web and interrogated the industry to uncover the planet’s best holidays.”

Is Croatia already passé for Brits or am I missing something? :-(
