Monument to the Sun in Zadar

The construction of the Monument to the Sun is being completed in Zadar. The Greeting to the Sun, as the monument is referred to - a large art installation consisting of 300 solar plates incorporated in the stone quay in the shape of a circle, measures 22 meters in diameter.

The Environmental Policy Centre of the Yale University released a report with a global list of 149 countries ranked by environmental performance, according to the Environmental Performance Index (EPI). On the list Croatia is ranked at the 20th place with index of 84.6 out of 100 points.
