Both Northern Velebit and Plitvice Lakes are National Parks (Velebit is a Nature Park), and Plitvice is also on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Papuk Nature Park is the first European Geopark in Croatia, and the Island of Rab is Geopark in establishment. Although this is an outdated information (Papuk has by now become one of European Geoparks), the sentence “…Beside Velebit and the Plitvice Lakes, Papuk will be the third geopark located in Croatia….” is incorrect.
