Reconstruction of the Grand Hotel on Lopud Island

The Italian company Marazzi group, which has recently reconstructed the Hotel Lafodia, on Lopud Island is now considering to  invest in the reconstruction of another Lopud hotel - Grand Hotel Lopud, owned by Atlantska Plovidba from Dubrovnik.

Grand Hotel Lopud is right now not in use, bought by Atlantska Plovidba few years ago.

The plan is to reconstruct this old building it into a boutique hotel with up to 70 rooms.

Altlantska Plovidba is the majority owner of other two hotels in Dubrovnik, the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik and Hotel Lapad, while the Marazzi group owns Lafodija.
