Running water at Elafiti Islands near Dubrovnik
Vodovod Dubrovnik, the local water company of Dubrovnik region, has recently started with new project of building water pipeline network for Lopud, Suđurađ and Luka Šipanska at Elafiti Islands.
Once pipeline network is completed, all places at Elafiti Islands archipelago will have permanent supply of running water.
This is important news for Elafiti community, as reliable supply of fresh water is vital for smooth operation of their tourist industry.
The cost of the project is likely to be around 17 million Kuna.
Completion of works is expected within next four months.
