Zagreb An International Festival of Documentary Film

Zagreb is currently playing host to an International festival of documentary film, better known to the public as “Zagreb Dox”. The festival is ,organised by Zagreb’s Factum Centre for Dramatic Arts. The festival has three programs - the Regional Competition, the International Competition and the Documentary & Other program. The festivals aims to offer the public a window to contemporary, in particular regional, documentary film production.

Festival is to be held at four locations in the directly vicinity of Zagreb city centre; the Tuškanac, Jadran and Europa movie theatres, and the Culture & Information Centre, better known as KIC.

Awards are to be conferred in four categories: the International Panel’s Award for Best Film in the International Film Category, for Best Film in the Regional Film Category, for Best Film by a Young Director (up to 35 years of age) and the People’s Award.
