Sometimes WizzAir is actually NOT the cheapest one 
Back in November I flew to Zagreb by Croatia Airlines as their flights were much cheaper than WizzAir's.
And they fly from Heathrow as opposed to Luton.
I prefer Heathrow, takes only 1/2 hour. For Luton, it takes me 1 1/2

Usualy, Wizzair is the cheapest way to fly to Zagreb.
All you have to do is to book you flight well in advance and try not to fly on weekends.
At the moment , the cheapest Wizzair flights to Zagreb are on Tuesdays. Book as soon as you know your dates.

It can be very cheap solution as Ljubljana and Maribor are not to far from Zagreb

Ah, ah, wizzair is cheap indeed, but you have to book months in advance  :'(
