Hi Guys,
I'm landing at 21:40 today which I believe is a holiday and I need to get to the Hotel Donat in Diklo.
It seems there is a bus to town (bus station) half an hour after the flight lands and to judge from
this site:-
http://www.liburnija-zadar.hr/kolodvor/kolodvor.php
I could get the city bus routes 7 or 8 and get off at Puntamika - that should be not more than a
few hundred metres walk.
But will the city busses still be running that late (probably at least 22:30 by then)?
Also the above site says the ticket offices are only open to 22:00 - can I buy a ticket
on the bus after that?
Many thanks, as EUR53 for the 15km/25mins from the airport is a little more than I would like to pay :-\
David

It seems the buses actually go right through the night, though with
diminished frequency (several official sources). In any case it was no problem
to get one at 22:50 (flight was about 40 mins late) and yes, you can buy the
ticket on the bus. So total cost: airport bus
25 Kuna Local Bus 8 Kuna door-to-door trip time just about 1 hour.
The airport bus driver was very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent
english and german - glad I didn't order that taxi for EUR53!
