Camping trip to Dubrovnik, Mljet, Korcula, Hvar and Brac

My partner and I are wanting to plan a camping trip to Croatia.  We will be flying to Dubrovnik and travelling between the dates of 23rd September and 5th October 2007. During our trip we wish to vist Mljet, Kocula, Hvar and Brac, and would like to know if the campsites are open all year, and if the ferries from Dubrovnik run daily to these islands during these dates.
Any other information or advice you can give me about camping in Croatia will be greatly appreciated. i.e. usefull website addresses.Thankyou.

Campsites in Croatiaare usualy not opened all year around.

Re ferries : there are various ferries that service these islands.
