Dubrovnik to Bol

I'm going to Croatia in a couple of weeks and wondered if anyone could tell me how to get to Bol from Dubrovnik?  I don't drive, so I'll be using public transport...

Take bus from Dubrovnik to Split and ferry from Split to Bol

Where is the bus stop at Dubrovnik, for a bus to Split please?  Would the bus stop at Makarska on the way?  Thank you in advance.
