Thousands of migrants are crossing into Slovenia from Croatia after Hungary closed its border to them.
About 4,000 have arrived in Slovenia, the UN refugee agency says. Most aim to travel on to western Europe.
But there could be delays for some - the Slovenian authorities have said they will restrict the flow of refugees to 2,500 a day.

Cerar says will defend Slovenian interests, safety; might put up fence on Croatian border

Hina.hr - Slovenian Prime Minister Miro Cerar said on Wednesday he was willing to do everything to protect Slovenia's national interests in the migrant crisis and that he did not rule out putting up a fence on the Croatian border if Austria did so on the Slovenian border.

A train with 1,185 migrants escorted by Croatian police arrived at the Dobova border crossing in Slovenia around 3 am on Wednesday, after another one with 1,064 migrants had arrived shortly before midnight, Slovenian police said.

Oct 3 2016 (Hina) - The results of Sunday's referendum in Hungary indicate that there are differences of opinion concerning the migrant crisis there, like elsewhere in Eastern Europe, and it is important to reach a consensus in the European Union, Croatia's Foreign and European Affairs Minister Miro Kovac said on Monday, adding that Croatia would meet all its obligations concerning migrant resettlement.
