Modernised railway line from Osijek to Beli Manastir

trainsThe works have ended on the reconstruction and modernization of the 5th Pan-European Railway Corridor from Osijek to Beli Manastir in Slavonia.

It is a 28-kilometre stretch of a modern railway leading to the border with Hungary.

In addition to its importance for the local community, the railway will also improve the quality of cargo transport from Budapest, via Slavonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina to the port of Ploce.
