Multimedia visitor centre Ivana Brlic Mazuranic
Ivana’s House of Fairy Tales, a multimedia visitor centre of writer Ivana Brlic Mazuranic has opened in Ogulin .
The Centre introduce visitors to the work and legacy of the renowned Croatian fairy tale writer, introducing fairy lovers to characters from her work.
Located in a building that is part of the Frankopan castle in Ogulin, renovated in original period style, the Centre covers 225 square metres of space that offer visitors a multimedia and interdisciplinary overview of Ivana Brlic Mazuranic’s work.
New technologies were used in the creation of the Centre, such as the virtual depiction of Ogulin’s theme parks and fairy tales, an on line library.
It will also include publishing as well as annual creative and educational programmes for children and adults.
