Valamar Hotels and Resorts, Croatian largest hotel chain, has presented New Year’s Eve program in its popular Valamar Diamant Hotel in Porec, Croatia.

Along with the program for the period from 29 December 2008 till 4 January 2009, created to suit the liveliest time of the year, Valamar announced some imaginative surprises for all participants in the New Year’s spectacle. Show cooking, relax room, free use of indoor pool and fitness centre, live music every night, champagne, top quality wine and delicacies from the Istrian region…they are all a part of Valamar package presented last week in Porec, Croatia.

The culmination of the New Year’s Eve program will happen in the Valamar Diamant Hotel where gala evening will take place and where guests will be offered a wide range of tastes and flavours of creative Istrian cooking, consisting mostly of fresh seafood, which placed Istria on the lists of world’s top gastronomy. The menu will, among other things, feature oysters, crabs, octopus, scampi, salmon and truffles, which in combination with fine wines of this region, definitely presents a combination that should awake interest in those who appreciate gastronomy and entertainment.
