    President Stjepan Mesic, Parliament Speaker Vladimir Seks and Prime Minister Ivo Sanader – on Monday held a reception at the State residence in Visoka Street in Zagreb to mark the 15th anniversary of Croatia’s international recognition.

    Addressing the gathered members of the corps diplomatique, vice-presidents of the Parliament, and members of the Parliament, the judiciary, church dignitaries and members of the Government of Democratic Unity, the three state top officials designated the year 1992 as a turning point in the Croatian history.
