  I am planning to travel with my bike from Dubrovnik to Rijeka this summer and would like to use a combination of bicycle, bus and ferries to get around… I was wondering if the buses were friendly towards stowing bikes in the luggage area and if anyone had suggestions about traveling between coastal cities by bike?  Is “8” a bikeable road between Zadar and Split, etc…  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

  I think it depends of bus driver and depends is there lot of other luggage.
  all roads along coast are ok for cycling.
