  I checked with guys at Otocac bus station ( Autoprijevoz Oto?ac tel ++385 (0)53 77 11 56)

  There are two buses daily (not Sat nor sunday) from Otocac to Krasno: first one at 5am and second one at 2 pm.

  It takes about 1 hour (60 minutes ) to come to Krasno.

  And there should be no problem reaching Otocac from Plitvicka jezera before 2 pm?

  No it will not. There is lot of buses going that way
