  Hi

  I am intending to travel from Vis to Hvar by the speedy catamaran at 0700 on a tuesday in June and then onwards to Korcula by the coastal ferry.

  My query is – as the catamaran gets into Hvar Town at 0735 –  is there a connecting bus which would get me across the island to Stari Grad in time to connect with the Jadrolina ferry which leaves there at 0900 ?

  If not are taxis an option ? obviously more expensive so I would wish to avoid this mode if possible.

  I hope someone can help with this as its proving to be a tricky leg of my journey.

  Hi Tony

  there is always a bus leaving from City of Hvar for each ferry departure in Starigrad,  as you have 1.5 hour between your arrival in Hvar and departure from Starigrad, it should not be problem to catch the bus to starigrad.
