  Hey there..can anybody tell me how often busses run from dubrovnik to split, and how long the journey is. I fly in on the Friday evening, and have to be in Split by 12:00 on the Saturday. Will I have enough time?

  You have plenty of time. Bus journey is about 4 hours, buses run often, like once an hour. Take any bus going towards rijeka, zadar, or ploce and change or get off in Split.
