  Good day!
  We are russian tourists and would like to visit Croatia.
  But own rule for visiting is that we must have an official invitation or voucher confirming a payment of habitation (hotel for example).
  We would like to live in camping.
  Can camping (where we are going to live) help us to take an entry permit to Croatia??

  I see no reason for refusing visa to somebody who would like to stay in campsite instead of hotel or apartment.

  So my answer would be YES, campsite where you will stay can send you letter of confirmation to obtain that visa.
