  I was planning to catch a ferry from Hvar to Dubrovnik on the 26th July (2009), but I can only find one that runs on the 25th. How often do the ferries run?  Is there another way that I could get between Hvar and Dubrovnik in a day?

  Direct Ferry from Starigrad (Hvar) to Dubrovnik is on wednesdays and Saturday, as the 26 of july is a sonday you would have to go to Split and take bus to Dubrovnik.

  If you can leave on 25 you have to ferries going to Dubrovnik.
