  We were going to rent a car throughout our stay but it’s proving too expensive for 12 days.  We are on holiday from 31 July through 14 Aug.

  We will rent car in Pula for a few days – can I return in Brestova? If not, how far is Pula from Brestova and is there a ferry that will take us from Brestova to Mali Losinj?

  Then can we get a ferry from Mali Losinj to Hvar?

  Also, do you advise to order online or wait till we arrive?

  Only car rental company can tell you if a return is possible in Brestovo

  There is ferry from Brestova to Island Cres – as far as i know that is only ferry from Brestova.

  Ferry Mali Losinj to Hvar – i dont think so, but you can get from Pula to Mali Losinj. Hvar is mainly reachable via Split.

  Online booking is not possible
