    I need advice on where to disembark if I travel by ferry from Split to (Zadar??) Rijeka. I wish to disembark at the best point in order to visit Plitvice.

    Hello Daan – i would suggest you to take bus from Split to Plitvice.
    You don’t need to travel towards Rijeka for that.

    Many tx. The reason we are considering a ferry is that we are told the Dalmatian coast is very beautiful. We had hoped to see this from the ferry. Perhaps a car rental?

    well, try go use ferry to go somewhere else – islands perhaps  ???

    also, car is good way to explore the coastline.

    the same would be with bus.

    I would like to travel from Split to Zadar 19th July with 1 other adult and back again on the 26th July, just foot passenger, no car.  Is this possible?

    There is no ferry from Split to Zadar. Take bus instead.
