  Citizens are signing the book of condolences at the SDP headquarters on the death of the party leader Ivica Racan.

  Several hundred wires, faxes and e-mails with expressions of regret have arrived at the party headquarters. The book will be opened on Monday and Tuesday between 8,00 and 20,00 there, and in county and city party offices.

  A book of condolences was opened on Sunday in the Government and on Monday in the Parliament.

  Ivica Racan was cool guy I remember him when he left Milosevic’s komunists on 14th Congress of Savez Komunista Jugoslavije back in January 1990. He was head of Croat delegation when they left together with Slovenes. Bravo Ivica  :-*
