Thank you very much M.D.There is a bus that waits for every ferry / catamaran that arrives in Sobra and takes passengers to Mljet National Park , Hotel Odisej and other places.
Bus liknes are shown here : http://www.libertasdubrovnik.com/mljet.swf
You will have no troubles as buses are reliable.
Porec is in Istria so to reach Mljet take bus to Rijeka and the ferry from Rijeka to Sobra. Check timetable on http://www.jadrolinija.hr
angelesGuestD ;)Thank you very much. In the link (http://www.libertasdubrovnik.com/mljet.swf)
appears only a map. I would need the schedules to return from the national park to ferry.
Is it possible to visit the national park only by ferry and bus in one day? or would be it better to rent a car? 😮 ???
SrsenGuestShedule is adjusted to ferry arrivals.
Buses waits for ferries.
You can not do it in one day unless you rent a car.
Where would you overnight? In which hotel and where? ???
angelesGuestwe are going to travel by motorhome but we will leave the motorhome in Prapratno because is very spency to carry the motorhome in the ferry. We want to visit ONLY de national park. Do we have to rent a car to visit the national park in ONE day? Muchas gracias
SrsenGuestNo, you don’t.
Take bus on your arrival in Sobra and taxi back if there is no bus.
angelesGuestThanks for your quickly answer. It is very interesting. In the tourism Office of Spain told me that I have to look for this information in different websites, but I haven’t found anything.
?how much cost a taxi from national park to Sobra?
Muchas gracias
MarioSpectatorI would say it cost about 150 kuna. Not sure.
angelesGuestThank you. I Know That there are organized trip of 1 day from Korcula to the island of Mljet. (we are going 1 o 2 days in Korcula) It cost 30 euros by person (210 kn). That is it better? To go in organized trip and they solves the transport to you? or to go of independent form?
MatkoGuestIf you go to Korcula it is easier and cheaper to go to Mljet on day trip this is good idea.
