  Would like to go to Croatia next year in late May for hiking.  Don’t like large cities but prefer small mountain towns with some good facilities nearby.  Anyone have first hand information about good marked hiking  trails and perhaps a lodge or inn near which is good?  Please suggest an area you find the best in which to hike.  If you have a favorite lodge, inn, hotel, etc. which you know I would appreciate the info.  Thanks, Frank in Charlotte, NC USA

  I am not sure, but would counsult book Walking Croatia, there are various walks described there together with inss lodging options etc.
