We need some advice as we can’t decide which islands are for us. We have ten days in Croatia (end Aug/start Sep) so don’t have loads of time to spend travelling but would like to see two or three islands. Somewhere pretty lively for a few days and a relaxing beach thing after would be perfect. So far we’ve looked at Pag for lively, Rab as a more relaxing thing, but would also like to have a look at Hvar and maybe Brac or Bol. Are we missing anything? Can we realistically travel from the Northern areas to Hvar etc or would that be bad use of beach time? We fly to Split so would like to know any recommendations to keep the travelling to a minimum (although we really quite fancy the Pag thing!)
Any help gratefully received! ???
Yes, you can do Hvar as well as Pag. Rab is to far north. Stay at south near around Split.
Yes you are right Rab is good and relaxation place so don’t miss it to watch it..also for beaches are pretty good with white sand waters..

you could also consider Vis Island, has some quite nice beaches.
Other solution, is to take ferry from Split to Stari Grad on Hvar, stay there a few days, and them move on to Korcula.
