  I’ve done some research on this since I will be going in June.  There are local tour operators who will take you to Mostar (or other places) for day trips.  Dubrovnik Rivera Tours is one example.  You can also Google Mostar day tours and find some more companies or I went to Viator.com and booked a day trip they offer where the operator will even come to your hotel and pick you up.
