  How can I get from Dubrovnik at the end of my vacation on October 2 to Venice on October 5th?

  Ferries from any Croatian city would seem possible but from where?

  I would like to avoid taking a bus for many hours?

  Any suggestions?

  Take Venzeia Line ferry from Istria to Venice.

  To reach Istria, take ferry from Dubrovnik to Rijeka – check jadrolinija.hr site for ferry schedule.
  At the moment October ferries are not listed yet. Check later

  Ferries from Dubrovnik to Rijeka i October will not be as frequent as in July / August, usually ferries sail 2-3 times a week .
  You might end up forced to take bus.
  Check later with Jadrolinija site, they are always slow in publishing their timetables.

  I need to go from Pula to Venice on 23rd December and return on 26th December.

  I cannot book a ferry with Venecia Lines because they don’t operate in December.

  There are other lines available?

  Hi Sandra,
  Take bus to Pula instead of ferry.
  Check Venice to Trieste buses and then Trieste to Pula buses.
