    Hiya!
I am visiting Dubrovnik in August. Has anyone got any ideas of places to stay, eat and drink, sights, culture? Just starting to research the trip now, so any help would be welcome.

Hi guys, I just got back from a 3 week trip to Croatia which included 2 weeks in Dubrovnik. I really liked it there and it was my first time in the country. I would reccommend it to anyone going, esp if they have a bf or gf, was very romantic!

Anyway, before you go there I would do some background research on the place, as its vast! Check out their official website: http://www.htz.hr/English/default.aspx . Me and my gf rented an apartment with a company called Holistay. Although it took a while to find somewhere decent and affordable to stay, we eventually got hold of this site, and would reccommmend it! http://www.holistay.com/croatia/

Finally before you go check the weather in the place you are going to. I have found that the BBC are the most reliable source (lol) in weather predictions! http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/world/ Just type in your destination and you’re away lol!

If anyone has questions please ask! Jamie x.
